Latest taupage has high IOPS

With the latest taupage image we have seen our instances quickly burst through their IOPS limits. Downgrading the taupage image solves this issue for us.

We're running m4.large instances with a GP2 root disk of 124gb. We log pretty heavily and use scalyr to pick it up. We've adjusted log rotation to run hourly and do delete the logs.
