Add Trusted Setting tags by account initialization to the VPC

It sold possible to add Trusted Tags to the VPC for other Scripte...

for example for:

• [ ] Service URLs: kio, pierone, mint etc
• [x] Trusted Account IDs: Owner-ID of the Taupage Image
• [x] Lastrun/Update-Date for the last Sevenseconds run
