Multi target publishing support for bundler

tessellate-bundler should have support for publishing bundles to AWS S3 and other configurable targets.

It may be a good idea to also adopt the middleware approach from #81 to do this.

There's currently no plan to implement this feature, afaik. You're welcome to send a PR based on the next branch but I can't promise that I would be able to review it any time soon. Anyway, thanks for your interest!
