Tutorial: Please suggest dynamic volume provisioner, supporting resize for minikube

Can you please suggest minikube's compatiable dynamic volume provisioner for running the tutorial locally?

I've tried rancher/local-path-storage and NFS, but both do not support resize.

You can add the suggestion in the installation section (where currently is said how to install minikube).
