Swap Between Top / Bottom screen for info display

The reminder after our discussion~

Pretty much, Pokémon games doesn't use the Bottom screen a lot. So I thought it could be cool to just have all the informations being displayed on the bottom screen while you could enjoy the top screen to see everything well.

But since sometimes the bottom screen is important (like going to the bag menu for gen 7 wild rng), being able to adjust based on the situation is important

Not a real priority, just a nice QoL update
