Notify the user when game is outdated

Reader should alert the user when their game is outdated.

We should also prevent views from opening so the user can't see data (blank or invalid) and think Reader is bugged.

Ideally the alert would be in a view that can't be closed so the user can't ignore the issue and/or think Reader is doing something wrong when other views won't open.
