Installing PHP7 mongoDb extension with apt-get

Why would you use apt-get instead of pecl @Jarvizx ?

With pecl dont work, specifications of my system:

MacOS Sierra VirtualBox 5.1.8 Vagrant 1.9.0 Ubuntu 16.04.1
