Ability to remove embed snippets

When code snippets are large, editing the source markdown document becomes hard. Therefore, I would like to be able to reset (unembed) code snippets and insert (embed) them once I have a final version.

Yea this sounds useful, maybe a flag --remove-code or similar. I'd accept a PR to this effect :)
