Workspaces: Save settings with map (and possibly data)

This would make it much easier to jump in and out of analyses. Another option is to save the entire workspace as a new filetype (map, model, and settings). We should consider pros and cons here.

I've been thinking about this more.

The workspace could include all the maps loaded in the quick jump menu at bottom right of the map. A new + button in that corner could add new maps at the workspace. Other features that might be worthwhile:

• Rename a map
• Delete a map (from the workspace)
• Stats on # of maps, coverage of metabolism, etc.
• Search across all maps in a workspace

There should be only one model per workspace. And, when a map is loaded on the website with model, then the whole workspace should load. Maybe the front end should just list workspaces?

This is a little complicated, so we will need a tutorial and good docs.
