[Feature request] Improved HGR mode

Please add a toggleable video mode that merges the subpixels and displays the resulting color without black gaps for improved (even if historically inaccurate) visuals.

Nobody is actively developing Appler.

It's not historically inaccurate to "merge the subpixels", it's just inefficient to do (Appler was originally developed on 12 MHz 286 and could run on the original PC/XT at 4.77 MHz). Just move further away from the screen. :)
