raw_input is there in python 2.7 not in python 3.6 so instead of raw_input use command input

is the issue solved ???... I changed the loss.py in which the ignore_index is changed to 250.

use the fcn8 yaml file in cofig folder.

convert the .yaml file in config to .json

the file is there in ptsemseg ---> run
