Clean up postprocessing

Currently physisorbed species can fail during postprocessing because they are not identified as surface species within current framework. Also, there is no handling of imaginary frequencies in the postprocessing. We need to include that feature from the db generation function into the postprocessing workflow. For example for small imaginary frequencies we set them to 12 cm^-1
