"Property store is required" error message

i've been using this program as a twitter bot for a little over 4 years now, and it's worked pretty well. i love it. however, i woke up today and saw that it had randomly stopped posting. i went to the google sheets and tried sending a test tweet, but it says "property store is required" and won't send any tweets out. looking in the code, this is what happens when you try to make it run:
