No songs will play

Whenever I click on a song to play, then it will load for an infinite amount of time, and if I try to pick a new song then it says "Unexpected Error: An unexpected error occurred."

Thanks for the report. A few things to try:

  1. Sign out and sign back in
  2. A different browser
  3. https://tools.applemusic.com -> see if you can sign in and play content there (open an album or playlist, and there is a sign in button)

If you're still having issues, can you please provide your browser and operating system so that I can attempt to recreate the problem?

I also get this every once in a while with chrome. Tools.applemusic.com plays albums. I tried Firefox and it also seems to suffer from this some times, and need to logout and shutdown browser before it will work again.

I've noticed in the past couple of days that the player gets stuck more frequently. I haven't had much time to look yet but I have some time this afternoon to investigate.

Seems that MusicKit JS is throwing some errors. I've submitted feedback to Apple (FB6346557).
