.bar-header bars change color on hover

I don't think this is intended behaviour. It's not in the material design spec as far as I can see.

Yes I see this on header bars in side menu for example.

As well as on animations going from a list view to a detail view and back.

@raibutera is the highlight colour an accent colour? For example -100 or -900?
