download dialog opens with/after 15 seconds delay

Not sure if if still works at all - but for me the download dialog opens heavily delayed (15 seconds). Doing some research on my own it might be related to this issue

Chrome: Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit) Extensions: ublock origin + the bundled ones (bundled by Chrome itself) downloads-overwrite-already-existing-files: the latest version the webstore offers
