Interacting with AVP app un-focuses Mac windows

Description

A 'feature' of Mac Virtual Display is interacting / gazing at visionOS windows will cause the front-most window to go out of focus. Presumably this avoids issues where Mac apps might think that they are being interacted with even though someone is using the trackpad / keyboard for other things in visionOS. Oddly this doesn't happen all the time, which Apple probably considers a bug.

Possible Fixes

1. When the visionOS app becomes active, send a global key command to the Mac app: shift+command+`. This might re-focus the last window?
2. The Mac app could get accessibility access and try to detect this purposeful state Mac Virtual Display gets into so it can re-focus the last focused window.
