Eaton templates are same - consolidate them

Eaton 9130 and 9150 templates are same except small difference in their description text. Also they work with many other EATON models. So it would make sense to give it a more generic name.

They are so generic that 9130 and 9150 seem to only use UPS-MIB OIDS. http://www.oidview.com/mibs/0/UPS-MIB.html

Would it not make sense to consolidate these templates into a generic EATON UPS template?
