This PR adds new enum for `application.jwtConfiguration.refreshTokenExpirationPolicy` (https://fusionauth.io/docs/apis/applications#update-an-application) which can be then used in Terraform provider https://github.com/FusionAuth/terraform-provider-fusionauth/issues/272

From what I see these two values are not currently supported in Terraform, is there an option to somehow manage it or I'd have to set it manually ? ...

Base64 SVG QR code is not rendered in Adobe Reader

Hi! We encountered a strange issue where QR code rendered inside `img` tag **(as base64 SVG)** is not displayed at all in Adobe Reader. It happens only with version >=2.0...
