ImageOnMap Players can steal Placed splatter maps in GriefPrevention Claims

Players can crouch click a tile to steal placed splatter maps in other players' claims, which is seen as a griefprevention exploit. Can diagnose further if needed.

sure thing! it's a bit older but widely used, Think there's an API to check for claims as well.
