Support minotar/cravatar for quick skin images!

So I just figured out something really simple/fast/awesome.

Theres a ton of websites that generate 3D skins/head images to your size you put just via a URL, you could very easily implement a quick map generator for a skin in-game, using these services.

/playermap to generate one of these quickly.

Better to use UUIDS for the APIs.

This can be a cool feature. That should come with a better support for imgur and other image hosting website
