Allow to set status of the show when adding it.
Adding the show automatically sets is as "watching". It would be better if it was possible to set the status of the show during the process of adding it so that if you add a bunch of shows you wouldn't have to then transfer them to appropriate categories one by one.
In the Qt UI it adds to the currently selected status tab. This also had (has?) a related bug to adding shows when set to All Shows.
