Support for simple loading and storing of keyboard color configs

This PR is on top of #74 because the fist commit adds the German layout to the Huntsman Elite layout that is added with that PR. (I cal also split the PR if needed).

The second commit adds loading and storing of the created color profiles from the custom editor. The default storaga location is $HOME/.local/share/razergenie.

So far no setting from the command line is supported, and when the editor is opened, all keys are reset to black.

I might take another look at the rest of the PR later, not quite sure how I feel about it :)

Btw were you aware of #76 and if so, do you now how different this is compared to that PR?

I think was not aware of #76, or it didn't work for me at the time, don't remember.
