swiss-payment Future of z38/swiss-payment

I'm happy to see that this project is still used by many projects and there are many people eager to help and move it forward. Unfortunately, I don't have the expertise nor the adequate resources to keep the library well maintained. Because the library is used to handle money transfers, I think it needs some special care to avoid bugs and interoperability issues.

My plan is to release version 0.7.1 with "abandoned" and archive this repository. I'm happy to redirect users to a fork or any other library which can be used to generate payment instructions.

Thank you for making clear what we can expect here! And also thank you for providing this library in the first place. It‘s very helpful to many people, as you can see.

I see that @ch2877 has already created a fork. So this will likely be the place where future development will happen. I will try to provide my part.
