Add support for decoding

@z38 I would love to have support for decoding Aztec files. This would be huge for a project I'm working on, certainly willing to give you full credit for it in the attributions.

Unfortunately, I'm quite busy at the moment and probably won't have the time to implement it in foreseeable future. In case you're interested in implementing it yourself, I would be glad to support and help you with any issues that might arise.
