LED light doesn't turn on for missed calls

Users report that the LED notification light works for general notifications but specifically not for incoming calls.

My guess is this would be related to "do not disturb" being enabled automatically during calls, thus no notification will be displayed of a missed call

I tested this bug and can't confirm it's an issue on my device thus far

The led is displaying for missed calls on my device
