Add warning about another ORG in raw output mode

Some people struggle with output/--raw not producing filler bytes between two ORGs.

Maybe add warning in those particular output modes (id-warning, so it can be suppressed by people who know exactly what they are doing).

Yes, warning + flag is good. As for PASS3 switch for Lua code generating assembly code: I ignore the warning as I know what I'm doing.
