Will there still be an option to have the navigation bar to be able to have its own color and the dynamic

The navigation bar follows the theme color.

After research, I found that it's not easy to implement this feature in current codebase. One possible way is to rewrite this app in Jetpack Compose, which is friendly in changing the theme color. Though this is a huge work, I'm not ruling out this possibility.

The dynamic theme there means dynamic according to your wallpaper, not to the album art.

By the way, Jetpack Compose is the trend in Android development and may be easier to build the application. If the app becomes stable, I'll migrate to Compose sooner or later.

Can static theme and old static accent colours be added as optional?

Not planned. Dynamic color looks great and conforms to Material 3 design.
