Backup filename doesn't work with restore

Steps to reproduce the bug

Backup your data to a file using default name Try and restore the file - file can't be selected

Expected behavior

You should be able to restore the backup file without altering its name

Actual behavior

Restore leaves the *.backup file greyed out. Renaming it to remove the .backup extension allows it to be selected

Same issue here. Uploaded a backup to Google Drive on one phone and downloaded on another. Wouldn't allow me to select the file on the new phone. Transferring the backup file over USB worked however.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create backup
2. file should be selectable to restore from
3. upload backup to Google Drive
4. delete local backup file
5. download backup from Google Drive
6. downloaded backup file can not be selected
