Problem with "Show move rank mark"

Click the "Toggle show move rank mark" icon on the top toolbar to display a pull-down menu. The third line from the top is ''Show last move:'', and to the right of it is a numerical value set arbitrarily by the user (''3'' is displayed by default). Please see the image below. The Chinese version, English version, and Korean version have a "3" displayed, but the Japanese version is the only one that does not have a "3" displayed. I thought the explanation on the left was too long, so I tried changing it to two characters, but the result did not change.
