No maintenance for 2 years?

It seems like @yzane is not active maintaining this project anymore. Yet there are several issues reported and pull requests made.

Is someone willing to take over the maintenance role for this project? I would like to see it "move" forward, but I do not have the knowledge (or time) to do it myself.

Thanks for the ping and your patience. Maintenance has been inactive for quite some time, but the project is not abandoned. I plan to gradually resume work. I can’t commit to a specific timeline yet; I’ll start by triaging open issues and reviewing PRs, and proceed step by step.
