Accessibility Features Request

Not sure if this is an issue or more of a request.

I use a lot of lists and quotes via markdown and when these get converted into PDF format these conversions fail horribly on accessibility checks.

I am assuming this because within the conversion these original text based content is getting converted to some sort of flat image?

I am going to attach a simple example with the Adobe Accessibility checker showing the results to help show what I mean.
