Executing Windows binary "gobetween.exe" the process shuts down by his own

Hi, I downloaded the Windows binary as a zip then unzipped and configured the file "folder-where-the-unzipped-files-are/config/gobetween.toml". Then I tried to execute "folder-where-the-unzipped-files-are/gobetween.exe". And this message is shown: "You need to open cmd.exe and run it from there" but when I do that the process "gobetween.exe" is still killed after a short time 2 sec. There is no event log either.
