feat: update IntelliJ IDEA executable name for macOS

This PR adds new IntelliJ IDEA executable names to editor-info.

It seems that the IntelliJ IDEA executable name has been changed and separared into IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate and IntelliJ IDEA Community.

@sodatea Can you merge it? I have the confirmation from a colleague who is using IDEA ultimate that this is required to work with the new versions

Indeed, this PR is needed. In my case, I installed IntelliJ via the toolbox
