Compare with Last Commit - The System cannot find file specified

When i try "Compare with Last Commit" it shows me a error with message "The System cannot find file specified". I am using Visual Studio 2013, Windows 7.

I have even tried to do the same from Pending Changes. But that too give the same.

Its working in "Git Tools".
