Displayed URL in URL bar is not updated if the webpage uses history API to change the URL

Test: https://github.com/yxl/Fire-IE Switch to IE engine, and click "Commits".

Expected result: URL changes to "https://github.com/yxl/Fire-IE/commits/master" Actual result: URL remains as "https://github.com/yxl/Fire-IE" Switching to another tab and back will correctly sync the URL.

Reproducible: almost always.
