If you have disabled the startup window, can you try opening it again by hitting Space while the splash window is visible? OpenSpades can automatically examine the graphics driver's capability and adjust its own graphics options, but this only works if the startup window is displayed.

Also it would be very helpful if you had followed the bug reporting instructions, particularly the SystemMessages.log part.

In the case this didn't fix the issue, and/or you are in hurry, lower Shader Effects to Low or Med.
