swagger Swagger 2.0 support

@yvasiyarov I have the branch ready to merge, but Could you create a swagger2.0 branch on the master repo. As I think it might be best to create a separate branch for 2.0 so we can improve it while having the other one going too. :) As the more people the better

edit: It isnt best to merge it into master I think :) edit 2: Just to note this is just to get the ball running and will need help from others :)

The swagger2.0 branch is still using the apis key to describe API paths. Is this being worked on? I could contribute and update it to use the newer paths key. Thanks.
