Add Mocodo

Hi there, thanks for your great project!

I stumbled across a nice application that generate different kind of diagram (merise but also uml and more) with many options and are really neat : https://www.mocodo.net

It's written in python and straightforward to install, but the CLI seems to have some missing option like reading/writing from stdin/stdout.

It's open source : https://github.com/laowantong/mocodo ; And so it's written by @laowantong - whom I am not related with :)

I was wondering if someone would be interested to try to integrate this component..! (I'm a bit too busy right now!)
