Yuzu with Vulkan Crashing. Device loss occurred!

Description of Issue
Yuzu is crashing around 5...10 minutes max of running various games in Vulkan over Moonlight API from an NVidia Shield.
Just going on a hunch but does it have anything to do with NVidias bs security updates blocking ....certain data from being used on their drivers
Fixed by Reverting NVidia driver back to 512.xx But then, there is no HDR Injector for Vulkan, so thats..... lol, definitely not happening.
Expected Behavior
No crashing in Vulkan
Reproduction Steps
How the event goes
- Start Fire Emblem Engage
- Load save
- play at most 10 minutes. Moonlight connection to PC is lost from Shield
- Goto PC, completely blank screen, no desktop, no nothing.
- use Teamviewer to see whats happening before I reboot
- The 2080 TI is completely missing from the OS, a reboot brings it back
- Also happens in Ryu emu oddly
- Check last line of log > find this
- Device loss occurred!
