Bayonetta 3 Vulkan Regressions Affecting AMD

Description of Issue
Recent changes to the Vulkan rendering API have caused an unusual "graininess" to manifest itself in Bayonetta 3. The edges of polygons appear to be visible on the faces and skin of most character models. Can not confirm if related, but in one instance, Bayonetta's hair disappeared entirely upon entering The Gates of Hell. Issues were found to not present in 1225
