Feature Request: Mark games with per-game-settings

After a while, one often forgets one made changes to some games' per-game-settings. This can lead to unnecessary and mislead trouble-shooting. It would be good to have a little symbol to mark games that have changes to their per-game-settings. An example of this can be seen in RPCS3.
