[AMD GPU] Weird transparent outlines on objects

YUZU Version: EA2945

So there are "outlines" on the Mario model, and other objects in the game, which made the graphics too awful to look. This is also happening to some other games, I noticed these glitches on paper mario, but not so obvious to tell.
