Mute audio in background only through global setting

Issue Description: Mute audio in background can only be set globally, but the option can be toggled for game properties which doesn't save it.

Example setting it globally: https://i.imgur.com/zrQYo71.gif (Sets it globally for each game)

Conclusion: The option to be able to toggle it within a games properties seems useless as of now due it not being able to be set specifically for the choosen game. Either remove the ability to toggle it in the games properties or change it to be able to be set for each game or globally.
