"Web applet not compiled" when trying to enable web applet

Description of Issue

I am trying to enable web applets for Super Mario Odyssey's Action Guide, but the toggle box is disabled and it says "Web applet not compiled".

Expected Behavior

I expected this toggle box to be toggleable.

Reproduction Steps

In the top bar, go to Emulation -> Configure -> General -> Debug -> Advance and see there.

Log File

I don't know how to get this log file. Remember that the problem isn't with a specific game but the application itself.
