Label_tool does not disply

I am using Anaconda 3 with python 3.6 on Mac. By running "Image labeller notebook.ipynb" on Jupyter notbook, the labbeller wont display. It does not give any error. Just write "Loaded 2 images". I checked all required packages and installed ipywidgets from https://ipywidgets.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user_install.html. But still unsuccessful. I even try it on OS windows 7, but I had the same issue. Could somebody help me?
