Unfortunately c39d0187746c0bfa3946ae10ce6c926c61d6e41f (#24919) does not help the issue.

The issue sounds scary for me, but only reported on a specific test environment. Hopefully it merely affects real system. Moved to v253 milestone.

Note that `-ENODATA` is returned by `dns_resource_record_is_synthetic()`.

Hm? Where does 10.5.0.1/24 come from? In 25-address-static.network, 10.4.3.2/24 is used for testing NetLabel.

The first (and the last) commit LGTM. But, could you add a test for the change? Extending tests in TEST-60-MOUNT-RATELIMIT should be enough.
