@evverx We should definitely support reloading `networkd.conf` by `networkctl reload`. But let's do that later. If you'd like, feel free to open a new RFE about that.

Not only for UseDomains=, but it may be useful to override default settings, like `DHCP=`, `IPv6AcceptRA=`, `UseNTP=`,...

Could you try `cat /sys/fs/cgroup/system.slice/SOMETHING_RELATED_TO_virsh.service/cgroup.procs` , and provide the error code? Should be a duplicate of #22089, which was fixed by 1fb50408ce23e67e0be94ead69c891d26b4823e2, but it may be broken again now?
