Improve video stream quality

I've been attempting to play with some config files to attempt to get a better quality video stream, no success yet.

The stream looks only accessible in vlc and no mplayer/mpv. Maybe it's linked ?

For the Xiaofang camera, they managed to recompile a streaming player, here is a link : https://github.com/samtap/fang-hacks

Maybe we can try to reproduce this ?

@jon1012 yeah I never got it working in mpv, see: https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/4845
