Add help to Advanced screen

Usually the about screen contains licence info and such so many people don't read it. It is not very obvious what the advanced timer does so there should be a help menu in that activity.

Possibly also change "Sound" to "finishing sound" to make it more obvious what each sound is for.

Hi, I could add some text to the screen itself. I think it makes more sense than to hide it somewhere in about. Do you have a suggestion?
